My Drive data should be evacuated from the @physics accounts - see My Drive Watchpoint on this website
Your @physics My Drive should be empty, OR should contain only files that should be deleted with the account
Best way to extract your My Drive data is to use the rainbow method that has been laid out on the My Drive Watchpoint on this website

The goal is that users have not needed to use the @physics account for anything else after their Google Transition was completed
IMPORTANT: If you are using Google Chrome, you should have already created a new Chrome Profile that signs into your ucsd account
If you are using a Chrome Profile that is tied to your @physics account, this will cause issues when your @physics account closes
